Orders & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

All our designs are handcrafted in Morocco. Once your order is confirmed, we prepare the shipment and entrust it to our carrier.

The average delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the destination and the season.

If you have a specific date (wedding, event), we recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid any inconvenience due to potential delivery delays.

Are your designs available in stock?

We work in small series (2 to 3 pieces per design) to ensure both exclusivity and quality.

For our most popular designs, we occasionally launch a new production: feel free to contact us if you would like a specific piece to become available again.

Rental

How does the caftan rental work?

The main conditions are specified on each product page. You simply choose your design and your rental dates, and we will confirm availability together.

Please note that caftan rentals are available exclusively in Paris. A reservation deposit is required to secure the piece for the date of your event, ensuring that it remains reserved for you during the agreed period.

How long can I rent a caftan for?

The standard rental period is 3 days in total, giving you enough time to receive the piece, enjoy your event, and return it with ease.

If you wish to extend your rental, this is possible: each additional day is charged €10.

Comment réserver une date pour la location ?

To guarantee the availability of your preferred date, the booking is confirmed after your fitting.

A 30% deposit of the total rental amount is required to secure your reservation.

The remaining balance will be due on the rental day.

Returns & Appointments

Can I return a purchased item?

Yes, returns are accepted provided you notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and undamaged.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

What are the conditions for booking an appointment?

Fitting appointments apply exclusively to our rental service.

A deposit is required to confirm your slot.
